These appointments include a combination of gentle, hands-on healing techniques, nature-based practices, shamanic journeys, guided meditations, Soul retrieval, and removal of emotional blocks, energetic intrusions, attachments, and cords, intuitive guidance, Chakra balancing, gentle breath work, past life and shadow work, and inner child healing.

Before your appointment, I will intuitively tune in to your energy and needs. Once you arrive, we discuss what you're working through, and review my psychic intuitive impressions and guidance.

We then move on to the hands-on healing session, leaving time for discussion at the end. Finally, I offer homework and practices to help you to continue to integrate and expand upon the work we've done.

After our initial appointment, I will suggest a plan for addressing your longer term goals.

Single sessions typically leave you feeling lighter, and more grounded and centered both physically, emotionally and spiritually, and may offer a noticeable shift.

For deeper, long-term issues, a series of sessions is usually needed. For best results, clients actively participate in their healing process, embracing homework, and integrating daily lifestyle practices, and seasonal tune-up sessions.

Enjoy Shamanic Reiki Energy Healing with a significant other, close friend, or group. This deeply relaxing and transformative ceremonial healing experience is consciousness expanding, energy clearing, balancing, and grounding. We’ll release blocked and stagnant energy, stuck emotions, whatever no longer serves you, and reset your nervous system.

Healing circles are wonderful for celebrating and marking important events or transitions, and are tailored to your unique experience. They may include Shamanic Reiki, Shamanic Healing Journeys, Spirit Guide retrieval, intention setting, manifestation practices and spiritual & intuitive guidance.
